Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operations-related aspects of the store, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and returning merchandise, as well as cycle counting.
- Supervise visual merchandising to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
- Participate in performance assessment and development for the operations team, providing timely feedback and coaching.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
- Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, and controllable expenses.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.

Compensation
