Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and manage in-house and third-party cleaning crews.
- Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
- Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
- Develop budget strategies and demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and controllable expenses.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation
