Sephora Operations Lead, St. John's – Manage retail operations, inventory, and team at full-time permanent role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead operational excellence and ensure execution of all operations-focused processes according to company standards
- Directly manage all members of the Operations team, including overnight stock crews and operations leadership staff
- Oversee inventory management including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, and cycle counting within company timeframes and guidelines
- Manage visual merchandising concepts and on-stage displays to company standards; supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews with coaching and feedback
- Administer supply management, maintaining appropriate budget and quantity of supplies, testers, and samples
- Participate in performance management and development of the operations team, delivering timely feedback and follow-up
- Serve as Manager on Duty within the store and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
- Develop and manage budget strategies; demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal retail operations experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Demonstrated strong store operations skills and execution
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities

The successful candidate will be located in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21 to CAD 26.25 per hour.
