Sephora Operations Lead in St. Bruno, Quebec | Full-time retail operations management role overseeing store operations, inventory, and team leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Direct management of all operations team members and overnight stock team
- Ensure execution of operations-focused processes and compliance with company standards
- Manage inventory operations including shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting
- Oversee visual merchandising concepts and on-stage displays within company guidelines
- Manage in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching
- Maintain appropriate supply, tester, and sample inventory within budget parameters
- Conduct performance management and provide timely feedback to operations team members
- Act as Manager on Duty and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
- Develop and execute store budget strategies
- Monitor and analyze store sales performance, staffing levels, payroll, and controllable expenses
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar operations leadership role at a comparable volume retail location
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Demonstrated strong store operations and process management skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities

Experience
1–3 years of direct experience in a similar operations leadership role at a comparable volume retail store or equivalent internal advancement within Sephora or a similar selective retail environment.

This position is based in St-Bruno-de-Montarville, Quebec, Canada, within easy reach of Montreal.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21.10 to CAD 26.40 per hour.
