Sephora — St Albert, Canada: Operations Lead (full-time) to oversee store operations, inventory control and team leadership at the Erin Ridge location.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all operational activities for the store, ensuring processes are executed to company standards.
  • Directly supervise and develop members of the operations team, including overnight stock personnel and third-party cleaning crews.
  • Oversee inventory management workflows: shipping, receiving, returns, cycle counts and reconciliation within company guidelines and timeframes.
  • Maintain on-stage visual merchandising standards and ensure merchandising concepts are implemented accurately.
  • Manage supply processes to maintain appropriate budgets and quantities of supplies, testers and samples.
  • Participate in performance management processes for the operations team; deliver timely feedback, coaching and escalation as required.
  • Act regularly as Manager on Duty, supporting Beauty Advisors and engaging with clients on the sales floor.
  • Monitor store controllable expenses; develop budget strategies and provide input on staffing and payroll decisions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in a comparable store operations role or equivalent internal experience at similar volume.
  • Proven ability to lead, influence peers and deliver constructive feedback.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in store operations, inventory control and visual merchandising standards.
  • Strong time management, problem-solving skills and attention to operational detail.
  • Availability to support overnight stock processes, flexible scheduling and Manager-on-Duty shifts.
