Operations Lead at Sephora Saskatoon—manage store operations, inventory, and team in this full-time role offering CAD$20–$23.55/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all operations of the store, ensuring execution of operations-focused processes per company standards
- Directly manage all members of the operations team, including overnight stock team and operations leadership
- Manage store inventory including shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting within company guidelines
- Oversee merchandising concepts and visual standards; manage in-house and third-party cleaning crews with feedback and coaching
- Maintain appropriate budget and quantity of supplies, testers, and samples for the store
- Participate in performance management for operations team members, delivering timely feedback and follow-up
- Serve as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
- Develop and execute budget strategies; demonstrate strong understanding of sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar operations role at a comparable-volume retail store or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and deliver constructive feedback
- Strong store operations skills and process knowledge
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
