Sephora Rosemere seeks an Operations Lead to manage store operations, inventory, and staff. Full-time, CAD$21.10–$26.40/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead overall store operations and ensure execution of all operations-focused processes according to company standards
- Manage and directly supervise the operations team, overnight stock team, and operations leadership team
- Oversee inventory management including shipping, receiving, merchandise returns, and cycle counting within company guidelines
- Manage visual merchandising concepts and on-stage displays to maintain company brand standards
- Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback, coaching, and escalation as necessary
- Manage supply procurement and maintain appropriate budgets for supplies, testers, and samples
- Conduct performance assessments and development for the operations team, delivering timely feedback and follow-up
- Serve as Manager on Duty and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
- Develop and implement budget strategies with strong understanding of store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Strong store operations skills and knowledge
- Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21.10 to CAD 26.40 per hour.
