Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations and oversee execution of all operations-focused processes per company standard
- Directly manage and develop the operations team, including overnight stock crew and operations leadership
- Manage inventory operations including shipping, receiving, merchandise returns, and cycle counting within company guidelines
- Oversee visual merchandising concepts and ensure in-house and third-party cleaning crews adhere to agreed-upon standards
- Manage supply budget and inventory of testers, samples, and operational supplies
- Conduct performance management, deliver timely feedback, and support professional development for operations team members
- Serve as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor as needed
- Develop and monitor store budget strategies, analyze sales performance, staffing costs, and controllable expenses
Qualifications
- One to three years' experience in a similar operations leadership role at a comparable-volume retail store or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Demonstrated strong store operations skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities
