Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations and ensure execution of all operational processes in accordance with company standards.
- Directly manage and develop members of the operations team, including overnight stock and third‑party crews.
- Oversee inventory management activities: shipping, receiving, returns, cycle counts and reconciliation within prescribed timelines.
- Ensure on-stage visual merchandising and in‑store merchandising concepts meet brand standards.
- Manage supply levels for testers, samples and operational consumables, adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Supervise and coordinate in‑house and contracted cleaning teams, providing coaching and escalation as needed.
- Participate in performance management for operations staff, delivering timely feedback and development plans.
- Act as Manager on Duty regularly; engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
- Analyse store sales, staffing and payroll to inform budget strategies and control controllable expenses.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal retail operations experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
- Demonstrated proficiency in store operations, inventory control and visual merchandising execution.
- Strong time management, problem‑solving and leadership capabilities.

1–3 years of relevant retail operations experience at a similar-volume store or equivalent internal experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22.20 to CAD 26.10 per hour.
