Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Manage inventory processes including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company guidelines.
- Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching.
- Maintain budget and supply levels for store operations.
- Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
- Develop budget strategies and manage store expenses.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong understanding of store operations.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
