Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations ensuring all processes are executed per company standards.
- Manage inventory including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
- Oversee visual merchandising to maintain company standards.
- Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate stock levels of supplies and samples.
- Participate in performance management and provide feedback to the operations team.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients.
- Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance and staffing.
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
- Strong store operations skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Compensation
