Operations Lead at Sephora North York — Full-time retail operations management role in Toronto area store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all operations-related activities and directly manage the operations team, including overnight stock and leadership personnel
  • Ensure execution of all operations-focused processes and procedures meet company standards and completion timelines
  • Manage inventory operations including shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting within established guidelines
  • Oversee visual merchandising concepts and on-stage displays to maintain company aesthetic standards
  • Manage in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback, coaching, and escalation as needed
  • Maintain appropriate budget and supply inventory of testers, samples, and operational materials
  • Participate in performance management and deliver timely coaching and feedback to operations team members
  • Regularly serve as Manager on Duty and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
  • Develop and manage store budget strategies with strong understanding of sales performance, payroll, and controllable expenses

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years' experience in a similar leadership role at a comparable-volume retail location
  • Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
  • Demonstrated strong store operations and execution skills
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving capabilities

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22.20 to CAD 26.10 per hour.
