Sephora Operations Lead, Nanaimo BC: Full-time operations management role overseeing store inventory, team leadership, and visual merchandising. CAD $22.85–$28.55/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all operational aspects of the store, ensuring execution of operations-focused processes and company standards
- Manage the operations team directly, including the overnight stock team and operations leadership
- Oversee inventory management including shipping, receiving, merchandise returns, and cycle counting within company guidelines and timeframes
- Supervise merchandising concepts and visual displays to maintain company standards
- Manage in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback, coaching, and escalation as needed
- Maintain appropriate budget and inventory levels for supplies, testers, and samples
- Participate in performance management and development of operations team members
- Serve as Manager on Duty and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
- Develop and manage store budget strategies with expertise in sales performance, staffing, and controllable expenses
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar operations role at a similar volume retail store or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and deliver constructive feedback
- Demonstrated strong store operations skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities
