Sephora Operations Lead (Full-Time) in Montreal - CAD$21.10–$26.40/hr. Manage store operations, inventory, and team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all operational execution and ensure adherence to company operational standards and processes
- Direct management of the operations team, including overnight stock crew and operational leadership staff
- Manage store inventory operations including receiving, shipping, returns, and cycle counting within company guidelines
- Oversee visual merchandising concepts and in-house and third-party cleaning crews to maintain company standards
- Manage supply, tester, and sample inventory within approved budgets
- Conduct performance management and coaching for operations team members with timely feedback and development
- Serve as Manager on Duty and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
- Develop and manage store-level budget strategies and monitor controllable expenses including staffing and payroll
Qualifications
- Minimum one to three years' experience in a similar operations lead or equivalent role at a similar-volume retail store
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Demonstrated strong store operations management skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of operations or operations management experience in retail or a similar fast-paced, multi-functional environment; demonstrated capability managing teams and executing operational processes at scale.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail management certification preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21.10 to CAD 26.40 per hour.
