Operations Lead at Sephora in Mississauga, ON. Full-time store operations management role with CAD$22.20–$26.10/hr compensation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations and ensure execution of all operations-focused processes per company standards
- Directly manage all members of the operations team, including overnight stock team and operations leadership
- Manage inventory processes including shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting within company guidelines and timeframes
- Oversee merchandising concepts and visual displays to ensure alignment with company standards
- Manage in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback, coaching, and escalation as needed
- Maintain appropriate budget and quantity of supplies, testers, and samples for the store
- Participate in performance management for the operations team and deliver timely feedback for improvement
- Act as Manager on Duty within the store and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
- Develop and execute budget strategies with strong understanding of sales performance, staffing, and payroll
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar-volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Demonstrated strong store operations skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of store sales performance, staffing, and payroll

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in store operations or equivalent role at a similar-volume retail location.
