Sephora Canada is hiring an Operations Lead in Mississauga (Square One) to manage store operations, inventory and the operations team.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all store operations activities, ensuring consistent execution of company processes and standards.
- Oversee inventory lifecycle including receiving, shipping, returns, cycle counts and loss prevention procedures.
- Direct and develop the operations team, including overnight stock personnel and third‑party cleaning crews; provide coaching, feedback and performance management.
- Ensure on‑stage visual merchandising and merchandising concepts meet brand standards.
- Manage supply levels and budget for operational consumables, testers and samples.
- Participate in payroll, staffing and scheduling decisions; monitor controllable expenses and contribute to budget strategies.
- Act as Manager on Duty when required and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor to support service delivery.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in a retail operations or supervisory role at a high‑volume store; prior experience leading overnight/stock teams is an asset.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback; effective people development skills.
- Demonstrated competency in store operations processes, inventory control and visual merchandising standards.
- Strong time management, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Experience
1–3 years in a comparable high‑volume retail operations or supervisory role; experience managing inventory, overnight/stock teams and performance situations preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in business, retail management or a related field is preferred.
