Operations Lead at Sephora Milton, ON—manage store operations, inventory, and team. Full-time, CAD$22.20–$26.10/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operations team members, including overnight stock crews and operations leadership staff
- Direct inventory management processes including shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting within company guidelines
- Oversee visual merchandising concepts and in-store displays to maintain brand standards
- Manage in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback, coaching, and escalation as needed
- Maintain appropriate budget and inventory levels for supplies, testers, and samples
- Develop and execute budget strategies aligned with store performance and controllable expenses
- Perform performance management for operations team with timely feedback and follow-up
- Serve as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
- Demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and expense management
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a similar operations role at a comparable retail volume store
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Strong store operations and inventory management skills
- Demonstrated effective time management and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one to three years in a similar operations leadership role at a comparable-volume retail store or equivalent internal retail experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail management or operations certification preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milton, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22.20 to CAD 26.10 per hour.
