Sephora Operations Lead – Full-Time | Langford, BC. Lead store operations, inventory, and team supervision in this permanent operations management role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead overall store operations and ensure execution of all operations-focused processes per company standards
- Manage direct reports on the operations team, including overnight stock teams and operations leadership
- Oversee inventory management including shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting within company guidelines
- Manage visual merchandising concepts and on-stage visuals to maintain company standards
- Coordinate with in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching on adherence to agreed-upon standards
- Manage supply budget and inventory of supplies, testers, and samples
- Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback to operations team members
- Act as Manager on Duty and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
- Develop and monitor budget strategies; demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar operations role at a comparable retail volume or equivalent internal experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Strong store operations expertise
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple operations-focused processes simultaneously

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22.85 to CAD 28.55 per hour.
