Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and manage cleaning crews.
- Maintain supply management, ensuring appropriate budget and quantity of supplies.
- Participate in performance assessment and development for the operations team.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors.
- Develop budget strategies and demonstrate understanding of store sales performance.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong store operations skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience is required.
