Operations Lead role at Sephora Fredericton. Full-time position managing retail operations, inventory, and team. CAD$20.65–$25.80/hr plus bonuses.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and directly manage all operations team members, including the overnight stock team and operations leadership
- Ensure execution of all operations-focused processes and procedures in compliance with company standards
- Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting within company guidelines
- Oversee visual merchandising concepts and on-stage displays to maintain brand standards
- Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback, coaching, and escalation as needed
- Manage supply budget and inventory of supplies, testers, and samples for the store
- Participate in performance management for operations team members and deliver timely feedback
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
- Develop and implement budget strategies based on sales performance and controllable expenses
- Demonstrate expertise in store operations, payroll, and financial management
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar operations leadership role at a comparable-volume store or equivalent internal retail experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Demonstrated expertise in store operations management and execution
- Strong time management and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of retail inventory management systems and processes
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in store operations, team leadership, or a comparable retail management role, preferably at a high-volume location or within the beauty retail sector.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail management certification or training is preferred but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.65 to CAD 25.80 per hour.
