Operations Lead at Sephora Edmonton, full-time retail management role overseeing store operations, inventory, and team leadership. CAD $20–$23.55/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all store operations and the operations team, ensuring execution of company-standard processes
- Oversee inventory management including shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting within company guidelines
- Manage visual merchandising concepts and on-stage displays to meet company standards
- Direct all in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback, coaching and escalation to maintain service standards
- Administer supply, tester, and sample inventory budgets and quantities
- Conduct performance management for the operations team, delivering timely feedback and development initiatives
- Serve as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
- Develop and manage store budget strategies with strong understanding of sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses
Qualifications
- One to three years' experience in a similar operations role at a similar-volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Demonstrated strong store operations skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities
