Sephora Edmonton: Operations Lead Full Time role managing store operations, inventory, and team in Canada.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all store operations and operations team members, ensuring execution of processes per company standards
- Manage inventory operations including shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting within company guidelines and timeframes
- Oversee visual merchandising concepts and on-stage displays to maintain company standards
- Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback, coaching, and escalation when necessary
- Maintain appropriate budget and quantity of supplies, testers, and samples for the store
- Participate in performance management for operations team members, delivering timely feedback and development
- Serve as Manager on Duty and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
- Develop and implement budget strategies, demonstrating expertise in sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar operations role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Strong store operations skills and operational knowledge
- Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities
