Sephora Operations Lead, Edmonton SK – Full-time permanent store operations management role with team leadership and inventory oversight.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all store operations and direct management of the operations team
- Ensure execution of all operations-focused processes per company standards
- Manage inventory including shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting
- Oversee visual merchandising concepts and in-house/third-party cleaning crews
- Manage supply budget and maintain appropriate quantities of testers and samples
- Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback to operations team members
- Serve as Manager on Duty and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
- Develop and execute budget strategies with strong understanding of sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar operations role at a similar-volume retail store or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Strong store operations skills and operational excellence mindset
- Demonstrated effective time management and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for client engagement and customer service
