Operations Lead – Full-time role at Sephora Dartmouth, NS. Lead store operations, inventory management, and team oversight. CAD$20.70–$25.90/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all operations-related functions and directly manage the operations team, including overnight stock and leadership personnel
- Ensure execution of all operations-focused processes according to company standards and timeframes
- Manage store inventory including shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting within company guidelines
- Oversee visual merchandising concepts and on-stage displays to maintain Sephora brand standards
- Coordinate in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback, coaching, and escalation as needed
- Maintain appropriate budget and quantity levels for supplies, testers, and samples
- Conduct performance management activities and deliver timely feedback to operations team members
- Act as Manager on Duty and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
- Develop and manage budget strategies with strong understanding of sales performance and controllable expenses
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience at Sephora
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Strong store operations skills and demonstrated operational excellence
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities

Experience
1–3 years in a similar operations leadership role at a comparable retail volume location, or equivalent internal experience within Sephora.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management training or certifications preferred.

This position is based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada, within easy reach of Halifax.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.70 to CAD 25.90 per hour.
