Sephora is hiring an Operations Lead in Chatham, ON. Full-time retail operations management role with CAD$22.20–$26.10/hr plus bonuses and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all store operations and ensure execution of operations-focused processes per company standards
- Directly manage the operations team, including overnight stock teams and operations leadership coordination
- Manage inventory operations including shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting within company guidelines
- Oversee visual merchandising concepts and on-stage displays to maintain brand standards
- Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback, coaching, and escalation as needed
- Manage budget and inventory of supplies, testers, and samples for the store
- Participate in performance management for the operations team and deliver timely feedback
- Act as Manager on Duty and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
- Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses
Qualifications
- One to three years' experience in a similar operations role at a comparable-volume retail location
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Demonstrated strong store operations management skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities

One to three years in a similar operations role at a comparable retail location, or equivalent internal experience within the organization.
