Sephora Operations Lead position in Calgary, AB. Full-time management role overseeing store operations, inventory, and team leadership. CAD $20–$23.55/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operations-related functions for the store location, ensuring execution of all operational processes per company standards
- Directly supervise all members of the operations team, including overnight stock crews and operations leadership
- Manage inventory operations including shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting within company guidelines and timeframes
- Oversee visual merchandising concepts and on-stage displays to maintain company visual standards
- Manage in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing coaching and feedback to ensure adherence to agreed-upon standards
- Oversee supply management including budget maintenance and inventory of supplies, testers, and samples
- Participate in performance management processes, delivering timely feedback and development opportunities to the operations team
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor as needed
- Develop and implement budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll management, and controllable expenses
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a similar operations role at a comparable volume retail location or equivalent internal retail experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Demonstrated strong store operations management skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities
