Role & Responsibilities
- Support and directly manage all members of the operations team, including overnight stock crews and operations leadership
- Lead operational excellence by ensuring execution of all operations-focused processes in compliance with company standards
- Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, and cycle counting within company timeframes
- Oversee visual merchandising concepts and on-stage displays to maintain brand standards
- Coordinate in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching on adherence to established standards
- Manage supply budgets and quantities for testers, samples, and operational materials
- Conduct performance management activities and deliver timely developmental feedback to the operations team
- Serve as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor as required
- Develop and manage store budgets, monitor sales performance, payroll, and controllable expenses
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar operations leadership role at a comparable-volume retail store or equivalent internal retail experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Demonstrated strong store operations and retail execution skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities
