Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Manage inventory processes including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, and cycle counting.
- Supervise visual merchandising to align with company standards.
- Coordinate in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
- Oversee supply management, maintaining appropriate budgets and quantities for store supplies, testers, and samples.
- Participate in performance management for the operations team, providing timely feedback and development opportunities.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
- Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation
Compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10 per hour, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
