Sephora Operations Consultant, full-time position in Winnipeg, MB. CAD$17.80–$20.95/hr with benefits and bonus opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours and assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization standards within the cashier zone and participate in shortage/loss reduction programs
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner and organize and maintain the stockroom per company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company procedures and check in all visual elements while communicating missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures, participate in inventory control, and communicate inventory issues to supervisory staff
- Ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected and maintained at all times throughout the store environment
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to client and business needs
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Physical capability to work in a fragrance-filled environment, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and bend and stretch to stock shelves
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom or warehouse operations capacity. Entry-level candidates with relevant retail background will be considered.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent qualification required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.80 to CAD 20.95 per hour.
