Sephora Operations Consultant, full-time position in Winnipeg, MB. CAD$17.80–$20.95/hr with benefits and bonus opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours and assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization standards within the cashier zone and participate in shortage/loss reduction programs
  • Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner and organize and maintain the stockroom per company standards
  • Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company procedures and check in all visual elements while communicating missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
  • Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures, participate in inventory control, and communicate inventory issues to supervisory staff
  • Ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected and maintained at all times throughout the store environment

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to client and business needs
  • Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Physical capability to work in a fragrance-filled environment, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and bend and stretch to stock shelves
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
