Sephora Canada (Winnipeg) seeks a part-time Operations Consultant to manage stockroom, shipments and inventory control at Polo Park.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain stockroom organisation and ensure merchandise is processed, labelled and stored per company standards.
- Receive, check and process shipments; manage transfers, damages and tester inventory.
- Support inventory control activities, participate in cycle counts and initiatives to reduce shortage/loss.
- Assist in maintaining visual elements and store presentation standards; report missing or damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor.
- Provide friendly, professional client service when required and assist with cashier and consultant training on POS/MPOS systems.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies, safety and housekeeping standards at all times.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client‑service industry experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance‑filled environment.
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client‑service experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in a stockroom or performed inventory and shipment processing duties.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.80 to CAD 20.95 per hour.
