Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
  • Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and adhere to Sephora's merchandising concepts.
  • Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner, organizing and maintaining the stockroom according to company standards.
  • Process transfers, damages, and testers per company standards and communicate any inventory issues to supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in inventory control.
  • Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
  • Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task while being attentive to client and business needs.
  • Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
