Operations Consultant at Sephora in Victoria, BC—full-time stockroom and retail operations role with CAD $19.85–$24.80/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and merchandise areas
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner and organize stockroom per company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company standards and check in visual elements
- Communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Participate in inventory control initiatives and programs to reduce shortage and loss
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Cross-train in cashier functions as designated
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to client and business needs
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom or operations capacity.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent required.
