Sephora Canada (Victoria) seeks a Part‑Time Operations Consultant to manage stockroom, merchandising and POS. Pay CAD$19.85–24.80/hr.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain stockroom organization and inventory integrity according to company standards, including receipt, processing and staging of shipments.
  • Process transfers, damages and testers; manage visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Support store merchandising standards and housekeeping within the cashier and sales floor zones to uphold Sephora’s visual concepts.
  • Operate and support Point‑Of‑Sale systems and MPOS; assist in cashier training and cover cashier functions when required.
  • Participate in shortage/loss reduction programs and inventory control activities, communicating inventory issues to supervisory staff.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client‑service experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending and stretching while stocking shelves.

Skills

Point-Of-Sale (POS) MPOS inventory control shipment receipt and processing stockroom organization merchandising customer service time management problem solving effective communication basic arithmetic

Experience

Entry-level retail experience required: typically 1–2 years in retail or client service roles, preferably with hands‑on stockroom or inventory responsibilities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
