Sephora Canada — Operations Consultant in Vaughan, ON. Full‑time role managing stockroom, inventory and POS. CAD$19.20–22.60/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain stockroom organization and ensure timely receipt, processing and routing of incoming shipments per company standards.
- Process transfers, damages and testers; check in visual elements and report missing or damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor.
- Support inventory control activities and participate in shortage-loss reduction programs.
- Assist in training cashiers and other consultants on Point‑Of‑Sale (POS) and mPOS systems; be cross‑trained in cashier functions as required.
- Sustain store presentation and cleanliness within the cashier zone; uphold Sephora merchandising concepts and sampling policies.
- Communicate inventory, safety or operational issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers or Store Manager; maintain safety and tidiness standards.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client‑service experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance‑filled environment.
- Effective time management, problem solving and verbal communication skills.

Entry-level: 1–2 years in retail or client service, ideally with direct stockroom, inventory or back‑of‑house experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
