Sephora Canada is hiring an Operations Consultant in Vaughan, ON — full-time role focused on stockroom operations, inventory control and POS support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional client service on the sales floor and support cashiers as needed; assist in training staff on Point-Of-Sale systems.
  • Receive, process and merchandise shipments promptly; maintain stockroom organization to company standards.
  • Manage transfers, damages and tester processing; verify visual merchandising elements and report missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Support inventory control activities and participate in shortage/loss-reduction programs; communicate inventory issues to management.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety and presentation standards in cashier and stockroom areas; ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
  • Cross-train in cashier functions as designated and perform other operations duties to support store performance.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom or back-of-house responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Strong organizational, arithmetic and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.20 to CAD 22.60 per hour.
