Sephora Vancouver seeks an Operations Consultant for full-time stockroom and merchandise management role, CAD$19.85–$24.80/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours and assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization standards within the cashier zone and ensure compliance with Sephora's merchandising concepts
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner and organize the stockroom according to company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers per company procedures and check in visual elements, communicating missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Maintain safety and tidiness standards throughout the stockroom and communicate inventory issues or concerns to store management
- Participate in inventory control initiatives and sampling policy compliance, with designated consultants receiving cross-training in cashier functions
- Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attentiveness to client and business needs
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to bend and stretch when stocking shelves
- Comfortable working in a fragrance-filled environment

1–2 years of retail or client service experience, preferably with stockroom responsibilities.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent.
