Sephora Operations Consultant - Flex in Vancouver, BC. Part-time role managing stockroom and merchandise operations. CAD$19.85–$24.80/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Operations Supervisor in maintaining stockroom organization and merchandise standards per company protocols
- Process shipments, transfers, damages, and testers in a timely manner while ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Organize and maintain stockroom inventory according to established company standards and safety procedures
- Provide friendly and professional client service during store business hours; assist in POS and MPOS training for other consultants
- Monitor and report inventory issues, shortages, and discrepancies to supervisory staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards within the cashier zone and broader store environment
- Check in visual merchandising elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in loss prevention programs
- Perform cashier functions when cross-trained and as business needs dictate
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom or operations capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer and arithmetic skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving and effective communication skills
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attentiveness to client needs and business operations
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service experience, preferably including stockroom responsibilities. Entry-level candidates with relevant retail background are encouraged to apply.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
