Sephora hiring Operations Consultant (part-time) in Vancouver, BC. Stockroom and merchandise support role with flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours and assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and support Sephora's merchandising concepts
- Perform timely shipment receipt and processing; organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers per company procedures; check in visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently respected and maintained; communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff
- Participate in inventory control initiatives and programs designed to reduce shortage and loss
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask while remaining attentive to client needs and business priorities
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment and lift/carry up to 50 pounds

Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably including stockroom duties.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.85 to CAD 24.80 per hour.
