Sephora Operations Consultant (part-time) in Vancouver, BC. Stockroom and merchandise support role, CAD $19.85–$24.80/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Process shipment receipts and maintain stockroom organization per company standards
  • Assist in merchandise presentation and SEPHORA's visual merchandising concepts throughout the store
  • Provide friendly and professional client service during store business hours
  • Support Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS (MPOS) operations and assist in training other consultants
  • Organize, manage, and maintain inventory control; communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff
  • Process transfers, damages, and product testers according to company procedures
  • Check in visual elements and report missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
  • Participate in shortage and loss reduction programs and sampling policy compliance
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the cashier zone and stockroom areas
  • Lift, carry, and stock merchandise up to 50 pounds as required

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer and arithmetic skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Effective problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to client and business needs
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fragrance-filled environment
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
