Sephora Operations Consultant (Part-Time) in Vancouver, Canada – CAD $19.85–$24.80/hr with benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS (MPOS) systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain stockroom per company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to established protocols
- Check in all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Ensure safety and tidiness standards are upheld at all times
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory and management staff
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Participate in inventory control initiatives and shortage/loss reduction programs
- Undertake cross-training in cashier functions as designated
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer and arithmetic skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving and communication competencies
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attentiveness to client and business needs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service experience, preferably in stockroom operations.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.85 to CAD 24.80 per hour.
