Sephora Canada — Vancouver (Robson Street): Part-time Operations Consultant responsible for stockroom, inventory control and POS support (CAD$19.85–24.80/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments timely and accurately; log and route merchandise per company procedures.
- Organize and maintain stockroom to company standards, including transfers, damages and tester processing.
- Support inventory control activities and participate in shortage-loss reduction programs.
- Assist in cashier zone upkeep and cross-train on Point-of-Sale (POS) and MPOS functions; train other consultants and cashiers as required.
- Report inventory, visual or operational issues to Operations Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Store Manager and ensure sampling policies are followed.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness and merchandising presentation standards within the store and stockroom.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending/stretching.
- Strong organizational, arithmetic and computer aptitude; attentive to detail in fast-paced retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail experience equivalent to 1–2 years in client service or stockroom operations, with familiarity in inventory procedures and basic POS operation.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.85 to CAD 24.80 per hour.
