Sephora Canada in Vancouver (BC‑Kitsilano) seeks a Part‑Time Operations Consultant to manage stockroom, shipments and POS support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, professional client service on the shop floor as required and support front‑of‑house operations.
- Receive, process and accurately shelve incoming shipments; maintain stockroom organization to company standards.
- Process transfers, damages and testers; check visual merchandising elements and report missing or damaged pieces.
- Support and train colleagues on Point‑Of‑Sale (POS) and MPOS systems; act as a cross‑trained cashier when designated.
- Participate in inventory control activities and programs to reduce shortage/loss; report inventory issues to supervisors.
- Maintain safety, tidiness and sampling policy compliance within the stockroom and cashier zones.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service experience, preferably with stockroom responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Good computer, arithmetic and organizational skills.
- Effective time management, problem solving and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance‑rich environment.

Entry‑level retail experience: typically 1–2 years in retail or client service, preferably with prior stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
