The part-time Operations Consultant partners with the Operations Supervisor to organize the stockroom and complete merchandising updates, while supporting customer service, checkout training, deliveries and inventory standards. The role is permanent.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during store opening hours as needed.
- Support the training of other cashiers and advisors on register and mobile checkout.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the checkout area.
- Understand and help implement Sephora merchandising concepts.
- Participate in programs designed to reduce shortages and losses.
- Receive and process deliveries promptly.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom in accordance with company standards.
- Manage transfers, damaged products and testers in accordance with company standards.
- Check all visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times.
- Report stock issues and concerns to supervisors, assistant managers or the Store Manager.
- Partner with the Operations Supervisor to keep the stockroom organized and complete merchandising updates.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.10 to CAD 22.65 per hour.
