Sephora Operations Consultant, Trois Rivières QC – Part-time flexible retail role supporting store operations and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to clients during store operating hours
- Contribute to the training of cashiers and point-of-sale advisors, including mobile POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the checkout area and warehouse
- Receive and process deliveries in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain the warehouse in accordance with company standards
- Manage product transfers, damaged items, and display units following established procedures
- Verify all visual merchandising elements and report missing or damaged items to the operations supervisor
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times
- Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors or store management
- Apply Sephora merchandising concepts and participate in shrink and loss reduction programs
Qualifications
- Ability to provide professional customer service

Experience
