Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during store operating hours
- Contribute to training of cashiers and point-of-sale consultants
- Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards in checkout areas
- Receive and process deliveries on a timely basis
- Organize and maintain warehouse according to company standards
- Manage transfers, damaged products, and product demonstrations in compliance with protocols
- Verify all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged items to operations supervisor
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times
- Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors, assistant managers, or store manager
- Support reduction initiatives targeting shrinkage and losses
