Sephora Operations Consultant position in Trois-Rivières, Quebec offering flexible part-time scheduling and hourly pay from CAD $18.10–$22.65.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service during store operating hours, assisting with inquiries and transactions
- Contribute to the training of cashiers and mobile point-of-sale operators
- Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards in the checkout area and warehouse
- Apply Sephora's merchandising concepts throughout the store environment
- Participate in loss prevention and shortage reduction programs
- Receive, process, and organize product deliveries in compliance with company protocols
- Manage warehouse organization and stock maintenance according to established standards
- Handle product transfers, damaged goods, and product demonstrations within company guidelines
- Monitor visual displays and communicate missing or damaged elements to the operations supervisor
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times
- Report inventory concerns and operational issues to supervisors and management
