Operations Consultant at Sephora Toronto: Full-time stockroom and retail operations role in Liberty Village. CAD $19.20–$22.60/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS (MPOS) systems
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization standards within the cashier zone and stockroom
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely and accurate manner
- Organize and maintain stockroom per company standards and safety protocols
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company procedures
- Check in all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor
- Participate in inventory control and shortage/loss reduction programs
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably with stockroom responsibilities
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good computer and arithmetic skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to client needs and business priorities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity. Retail or hospitality background is advantageous.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.20 to CAD 22.60 per hour.
