Sephora Operations Consultant, Toronto—Full-time retail stockroom and operations role with client service responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone
- Execute shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers per company protocols
- Check in all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor
- Ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected and maintained at all times
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Participate in inventory control and shortage/loss reduction programs
- Cross-train in cashier functions when designated
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good computer and arithmetic skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to client and business needs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
