Sephora Operations Consultant, Toronto – full-time stockroom and retail operations role with CAD$19.20–$22.60/hr and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and Mobile POS systems
- Maintain stockroom organization according to company standards and process shipment receipts in a timely manner
- Organize, process, and manage transfers, damages, and testers per company procedures
- Check in visual merchandising elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards within the cashier zone and assist with SEPHORA merchandising concepts
- Participate in inventory control initiatives and shortage/loss reduction programs
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisors, assistant managers, or store management
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Cross-trained consultants will perform designated cashier functions as required
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- Good computer and arithmetic skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend and stretch to stock shelves
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity. Entry-level candidates with demonstrated organizational and customer service skills will be considered.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.20 to CAD 22.60 per hour.
