Sephora Operations Consultant in Toronto — full-time retail operations role managing stockroom, inventory, and client service at Eaton Centre.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours and assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone while ensuring awareness of and adherence to Sephora's merchandising concepts
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner, organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards, and process transfers, damages, and testers
- Check in all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff and participate in inventory control and shortage reduction programs
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures while maintaining safety and tidiness standards throughout the store
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) and mobile POS platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably involving stockroom or warehouse operations. Entry-level candidates with retail experience will be considered.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.20 to CAD 22.60 per hour.
